Long straight day with a crooked neck

I woke up this morning with a kink in my neck and went around all day turning my whole body to look at things. I would turn my head and searing pain would shoot through my neck to my skull and a grimace would crawl on my face no matter how much I tried to hold it back. Horrible.

You can always rely on Anatomist to respond. Damn supportive, that girl. Sorry your neck is sore love. It's the worst. ice and then heat, it's the best combination.
